Role Overview
- Prospect and pre-qualify the needs of inbound and outbound leads via phone, email and social networks.
- Help nurture leads by creating engagement through our marketing content.
- Work with our Sales teams to identify opportunities and schedule meetings.
- Ensure prospect satisfaction and proper follow-up by presenting solutions tailored to their needs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a business-related field.
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual in English and enjoys customer contact.
- Autonomous, persistent and passionate about IT.
