Manage logistical arrangements for our events, including recording RSVPs and communicating with guests; sourcing and managing venues, caterers and other suppliers; and assisting on the day
Coordinate award entries – owning our award entry tracker and timelines; drawing together material and completing entry documents; and administering the entry process and our attendance at subsequent award ceremonies
Produce email marketing campaigns as well as workflows, landing pages and reports in HubSpot
Update our website & social media channels, including the creation of social media assets, and Community Management on these networks; and using Google Analytics to track our performance
Maintain our marketing content calendar and media grid and sharing updates with teams across the business; monitoring and identifying profiling opportunities; and collating coverage reports
Manage the website, including regular updates, posting of articles and maintenance of the people page
List management – you will be responsible for managing each teams contacts, including maintaining master lists, newsletter lists, and adding any new clients and prospects to the CRM as well as any relevant newsletters and campaigns
Requirements
Have previous experience in a marketing role
ideally on the B2B side
Have excellent organisation skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Have worked in marketing as an assistant, coordinator or executive
Ideally have experience working in HubSpot, WordPress and Canva, or similar platforms/tools
