Requirements
Experience working as a UCD Practitioner in a Multidisciplinary project setting
Experience working on GDS (Government Digital Service) projects, or the NHS standard equivalent
Experience in the UK public sector
Experience working on health-related projects or services
Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Leadership or mentoring experience (for Senior/Lead roles)
