Work closely with the client (MOA) and the project manager/designer (MOE) to integrate safety measures for the organization of the construction site.
Analyze risks arising from simultaneous activities (co-activity) and make recommendations for interventions.
Coordinate on-site interventions to ensure safety and protection.
Prepare the intervention dossier and update the General SPS Coordination Plan (PGC) at each new project stage.
Verify the administrative and regulatory compliance of contractors and stakeholders in accordance with the PGC.
Establish the CISSCT (Inter-company Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee) for Category 1 sites.
Organize CISSCT meetings for Category 1 sites.
Open and keep updated the coordination logbook and the DIUO (Record of Future Interventions on the Structure) — including inspection reports, instructions to be communicated, observations and notifications, and notable health and safety events.
Conduct joint inspection visits and harmonize site-specific Safety and Health Plans (PPSPS).
Support our clients through all stages of their requirements and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in SPS (site safety and health) coordination.
Agile, responsive and rigorous profile (M/F).
Mandatory: CSPS Level 1 Design & Construction certificate.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to contribute to the development of our agency.
Valid Category B driving licence.
