Generate Actionable Insights: Analyze company-wide data from multiple sources, providing actionable insights to improve conversion, performance, and ROI.
Optimize Performance (CRO): Use foundational analytics to lead CRO initiatives across web, digital campaigns, and other B2B channels.
Leverage AI for Efficiency: Use AI-driven analytics tools to automate reporting, detect trends, and enhance predictive insights.
Collaborate and Communicate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
Native-level English proficiency.
3+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data analysis, and CRO, preferably in a B2B environment.
Deep Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4): Demonstrated expertise in GA4 implementation and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Consent Management Platform (CMP) systems.
Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and data visualization tools
A must.
Hands-on experience with analytics platforms; Adobe Analytics experience is a plus.
Strong ability to work with multiple datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable recommendations.
Comfortable working with dynamic, distributed teams across multiple regions.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset, capable of driving initiatives independently.
