About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the development of a WordPress project from start to finish
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins with Gutenberg, Kinsta, or WP Engine experience preferred
- Work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless performance
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Implement best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
- If experienced, leverage React for modern UI enhancements
Requirements
- Strong experience with WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, and performance optimization)
- Hands-on full-stack development experience
- Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Experience with Gutenberg, Kinsta, or WP Engine (at least one is required)
- Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
- Familiarity with React is a plus
- Good English communication skills (you will work with a tech lead)
