Build and develop automated testing for both mobile apps and the new web platform
Help define the automation strategy, including what to automate, in what order, and where it brings the most value
Establish the test structure and QA standards to ensure automation is stable and maintainable
Improve overall release confidence
Cover API testing and support end to end scenarios across the product
Work closely with developers and Product to improve testability and the release process

Hands on experience in QA automation and can independently design and build automated tests that are stable and sustainable in the long term
Experience with automated testing of both mobile and web applications
Ability to test the API layer and think about the product end to end
Understanding of the fundamentals of good testing, know how to prioritise, and automate what truly brings value
Ability to take ownership of your area and drive things from design to a working solution
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and the Product team so that quality is addressed continuously
Ability to communicate clearly, identify risks, and propose practical solutions
Familiarity with some of the following: Appium, Cypress, Postman, or similar tools
It is a plus if you also have experience with: Setting up and running tests in CI/CD, Building QA standards, Designing a test strategy for a growing product, Monitoring quality after release
