Data Analyst, IT Administrator

Role Overview

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Serving as internal subject matter expert in the areas of tech, knowledge, and information systems
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to derive insights from complex datasets
• Conduct hypothesis testing and predictive modeling to support business objectives
• Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable insights
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools
• Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with external managed service provider to perform day to day technology support related to software, hardware and cloud based services

Requirements

• 2+ years of directly relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint would be a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office apps
