Use advanced SQL to interrogate complex datasets, build analytical views, and validate panel and operational metrics.
Use Excel and BI tools (ideally QuickSight) to structure analysis and create and maintain dashboards/reports, clearly communicating insights and trends to internal and client-facing audiences.
Deliver panel-focused analysis to support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and panel health.
Analyse mobile app onboarding and recruitment funnels, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, participation, and user experience.
Monitor operational metrics such as panel performance, participation trends, and budget utilisation, supporting forecasting and planning.
Work closely with panel partners, clients, Data Operations, and engineering teams to investigate panel-related issues, surface root causes, and help inform prioritisation of fixes or improvements.
Translate complex behavioural and operational data into clear, actionable insight for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Identify anomalies, risks, or emerging issues in panel performance and communicate findings clearly and proactively.
Use automation and AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and enhance the quality of insight delivery.
Requirements
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to analyse and manipulate large, structured datasets.
Strong working knowledge of Excel for analysis, modelling, and structured reporting, with experience using a BI tool such as QuickSight (or similar).
Experience working with or managing research or market research panels.
Strong understanding of recruitment flows, onboarding journeys, and funnel analysis, ideally within app-based environments.
Experience analysing behavioural or operational datasets in a commercial or research setting.
Comfortable working directly with clients, partners, and panel-facing teams, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident monitoring performance metrics and supporting budget or forecast discussions.
Strong analytical judgement, with the ability to explain trends, risks, and limitations clearly.
Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of ownership within your domain.
Open to using automation and AI-assisted tools to improve insight generation and operational efficiency.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of problems, and manage competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
