Design, build and maintain AI‑enhanced services and user-facing features, from idea to production.
Work closely with engineers, product and stakeholders to understand problems and shape pragmatic, high‑impact solutions.
Integrate and experiment with AI capabilities (e.g. agentic coding, smart workflows, summarisation) and iterate based on real user feedback.
Own the quality of what you ship: testing, observability, performance and reliability.
Contribute to the architecture, standards and ways of working of this new team, helping to set the technical and engineering culture.

Software Engineering experience with an OOP language (Python, Java, C# etc)
Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL)
Excellent communication skills as you will be collaborating with various cross-team stakeholders within the company.
Capability to gather requirements and engage regularly with stakeholders to translate business needs into successful, technical solutions.
Interest and awareness of current trends and developments in AI tools
Nice to have but not essential: Experience designing, building and optimizing AI Agents
Exposure/experience with Cloud Vendor (AWS, Azure) products
Experience developing internal tooling and taking ownership of technical solution and delivery.
