Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in functional analysis, including gathering requirements and writing functional specifications
Experience working in a technical support department in a business environment and with Hyperion applications
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Expertise in managing multiple requests and priorities, demonstrated through certification and/or relevant work experience
Knowledge of ITIL best practices
Knowledge of operational support processes
Knowledge of MS Office as well as ServiceNow and MOS/Oracle ticketing systems
Knowledge of the EPM, PCM, ARCS and HFM modules
