Lead the creation of the Annual Report and Information Circular, including storyboarding, drafting content, and developing Total Shareholder Return (TSR) materials
Drive the development of quarterly internal and external materials, including earnings releases, investor presentations, scripts, and comprehensive Q&A documents
Develop and distribute investor-related news releases across global newswires and targeted distribution lists
Own the quarterly process for tracking analyst models and formulating internal views on consensus estimates; act as a key liaison for internal stakeholders
Curate and distribute a high-impact internal IR newsletter covering company-specific news, sector trends, analyst research, and macroeconomic dynamics
Proactively draft ad-hoc reports for the CEO and CFO regarding market developments, share price movements, and competitive positioning
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with buy-side and sell-side analysts and associates to foster confidence in the company’s strategic direction
Organize and execute investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows, ensuring the seamless dissemination of accurate information and high-quality executive briefings
Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all regulatory and voluntary disclosures
Oversee the IR mailbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses to shareholder and analyst inquiries
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team and other stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Proven track record in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Financial/Strategic Analysis, or Equity Research
High proficiency in Excel (financial modeling and data analysis) and experience with Bloomberg or similar market data platforms (e.g. FactSet, Capital IQ)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into a compelling narrative
A strong sense of ownership and a 'no-task-too-small' mentality; providing error-free materials is a non-negotiable requirement
Strong business acumen and the sound judgment required to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders
Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
Adaptable and willing to lean in during peak financial reporting cycles (quarter-end and year-end), which may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekend work.
