Lead Data Feed & AI Automation Manager

Role Overview

• Design and deploy automation rules using LLMs (AI) to restructure the titles of 5.5 million products across 22 languages.
• Lead high-performance visual generation at scale via API (tool such as NanoBanana Pro AI) to boost global CTR.
• Manage the complexity of feeds across 22 markets, ensuring perfect keyword localization and preventing cannibalization between our 4 brands.
• Identify priority segments (Fix First, Optimize, Scale) for each market and drive performance KPIs (Eligibility Rate, CTR, ROAS).
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate optimizations directly into our feed managers (Channable, Lengow, Feedonomics, etc.).

Requirements

• Data Scientist / Feed Expert: You have proven experience managing catalogs exceeding one million SKUs.
• Generative AI Proficiency: You know how to use language model APIs for large-scale text and image transformation.
• International Perspective: You understand the challenges of local search (SEO) across different European and global markets.
• Google Shopping Expert: You have deep expertise in Performance Max (PMax) and Merchant Center.
• Languages: Fluent English required (international context).
