Role Overview
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training sessions
- Design and maintain onboarding programs for new employees
- Support continuous learning initiatives for existing staff
- Prepare training materials, guides, and internal documentation
- Collaborate with department managers to align training with business goals
Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in training, HR development, or customer service
- Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to mentor and motivate employees
- English language knowledge is preferred.
