Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual external financial reporting for Betolar Group in accordance with IFRS
Act as a main contact point for external finance service provider
Coordinate audit processes and support cooperation with auditors and authorities
Maintain and develop finance processes, controls, and documentation related to external reporting
Participate in sustainability reporting
Support the CFO in financial governance, disclosures, and investor related reporting
Contribute to the continual development of Betolar’s finance function as the company grows internationally

Hands-on experience in external financial reporting and IFRS, ideally in a publicly listed company or in auditing
The ability to manage and guide external finance service providers
Strong analytical skills and a structured, quality‑driven approach to financial work
A proactive and independent working style, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
Good collaboration and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
MSc / BBA Degree in Economics, Accounting or other similar qualifications
