Lead the development and execution of the agency’s internal client acquisition strategy, building scalable systems that generate qualified leads and expand the marketing pipeline
Develop and manage outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities
Build and optimize outreach campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn and email
Identify and engage companies that align with the agency’s target client profile
Continuously test and refine outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates
Identify and develop partnerships that generate new client opportunities
Build referral and co-marketing relationships with complementary businesses
Plan and execute paid media campaigns designed to generate inbound leads
Manage performance across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion from visitor to lead and lead to client
Requirements
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
Experience in B2B marketing or within marketing agencies is strongly preferred
Proven experience driving lead generation and client acquisition across multiple channels
Experience building and managing outbound prospecting systems
Strong understanding of demand generation and client acquisition strategies
Experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns
Ability to analyze funnel performance and implement conversion improvements
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable growth systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
