Senior PPC Specialist

Role Overview

• Oversee and optimize Google Ads accounts at scale.
• Manage and improve Search campaigns, Performance Max (PMax), local lead generation, budget scaling.
• Support Meta strategy as needed.
• Identify underperforming accounts, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and refine SOPs and optimization frameworks.
• Work closely with the Paid Ads Team Lead, GHL/CRM expert, and project manager to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide leadership with data-driven insights, clear reporting, and actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume Google Ads accounts.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience working with CRMs such as GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
• Expertise in budget scaling, local lead generation, conversion tracking, and call tracking.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools for optimization and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present clear recommendations to leadership.
