lead the development and implementation of QA/QC strategies, processes, and controls across the STACK EMEA data center design and construction project portfolio
act as the Delivery Team’s QA/QC subject matter expert
drive continuous improvement initiatives from project inception to handover
develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance strategy across Delivery projects aligned with company goals
establish and enforce quality standards, methodologies, and best practices throughout the Delivery Team
drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement, mentoring teams across all project stages
identify potential quality risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
collaborate with design, procurement, and contractors to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability requirements (e.g., ISO, country codes, LEED)
review and approve contract and tender-related QA documentation and submittals to ensure alignment with project quality standards
oversee project-specific quality processes from design and tender through construction and handover, including inspection plans, documentation, and quality control activities at all stages
lead internal and external audits, ensuring non-compliance issues are resolved promptly
establish monthly report dashboards for QA/QC management across projects and regions
monitor QA/QC performance and report on quality metrics, suggesting improvements
support client-focused quality initiatives and address service-related complaints
Requirements
at least 5 years’ experience in a best-in-class Data Centre or critical infrastructure environment
previous experience in quality system implementation, ideally with knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
formal qualification in Manufacturing or Industry QA/QC is preferred
ability to understand design, production, and installation procedures
highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
travel requirement: up to 30%
