Role Overview
Assist project and program managers in developing project plans, schedules, scope definitions, and resource requirements.
Gather, analyze, and interpret project performance data (budget, schedule, milestones, risks).
Prepare dashboards, metrics, and status reports for leadership.
Monitor project budgets, actual costs, and forecasts.
Review/Monitor EAC (Estimate at Completion), variance analysis, and cost controls.
Support identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and issues.
Responsible for project documentation, requirements, and contract deliverables.
Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Facilitate communication between cross‑functional teams.
Coordinate meetings, reviews, and project activities.
Identify inefficiencies; recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and reporting methods.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and decision-support documents.
Requirements
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field;
4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field;
High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Ability to proactively communicate via telephone, text, and email with stakeholders in remote locations.
Ability to identify the sufficient level of detail needed to make significant project decisions and quantify and communicate that rationale to stakeholders.
Possess an innovative and strategic mindset to identify future capabilities and requirements that can and should be integrated into near-term solutions.
Must have a current, active Secret security clearance.
