Advise and support managers and staff on all day-to-day HR matters: recruitment, onboarding, performance, internal mobility, and disciplinary procedures
Act as the on-site HR point of contact, directly supporting Regional Directors and District Managers
Organize and lead regular meetings with retail teams
Manage the full employee administration cycle
Lead end-to-end recruitment for the retail scope
Support the implementation and rollout of the company's HR strategy
Monitor regulatory developments in employment law
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment
