About this role

Develop and manage maintenance schedules (preventive, corrective, shutdowns/turnarounds)
Structure, update and optimize schedules in MS Project
Coordinate the various stakeholders (maintenance, production, subcontractors)
Identify critical paths and anticipate schedule drift risks
Monitor work progress and adjust schedules in real time
Participate in the preparation of planned shutdowns/turnarounds
Analyze schedule and cost variances and propose corrective actions
Implement performance indicators (planning KPIs, productivity)
Provide reporting to project management

Master's degree or equivalent (engineering school) with a specialization in project management, maintenance or industrial engineering
Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in industrial project or maintenance planning
Strong command of planning tools (MS Project) — proficiency in MS Project is essential
Good understanding of industrial environments (energy, chemical, oil & gas, heavy industry, etc.)
Knowledge of maintenance methods and outage/turnaround management is a plus
