Lead product marketing and messaging, translating Artificial Labs’ complex technology into clear market narratives and supporting product launches and platform evolution.
Oversee end-to-end client engagement, implementing governance and communication structures that support successful delivery and build long-term client partnerships.
Lead the end-to-end development of data-driven market segmentation strategies and multi-channel integrated campaigns that effectively drive sustainable growth.
Drive market engagement and ecosystem relationships, partnering with sales to deliver targeted marketing programmes and representing Artificial Labs at industry events and forums.
Build a marketing analytics capability to track performance, generate market insights, and continuously optimise marketing effectiveness and go-to-market strategy.
Lead and develop the marketing organisation, building a high-performing team across brand, digital, content, communications, events, and operations while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Requirements
15+ years of marketing leadership experience, leading strategic marketing functions within insurance, financial services, or InsurTech sectors.
Strong experience in digital, brand development, corporate communications, demand generation, and product marketing.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams.
Experience collaborating with sales, product, and executive leadership teams in growth-oriented organisations.
Experience with full ownership of the annual marketing budget, implementing tracking and frameworks to ensure all expenditures meet or exceed defined ROI targets.
Strong understanding of enterprise marketing strategy and B2B technology go-to-market models.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong understanding of Insurance market dynamics, including the needs of insurers, brokers, and MGAs.
