Own the design, configuration and delivery of formal specifications for insurance products across multiple lines of business (e.g. marine, aviation, political violence)
Act as a trusted technical partner to clients, shaping solutions that align with their strategic goals and constraints
Collaborate closely with product, engineering and commercial teams to customise and configure the platform for client needs
Build and manage platform integrations, ensuring reliable delivery and ongoing technical support
Demonstrate product value and technical credibility to senior internal and client stakeholders

You have a strong foundation in programming and are comfortable working with domain-specific or functional languages
You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client leadership
You thrive in a fast-changing scale-up environment and are comfortable operating with ambiguity and autonomy
You are solutions-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset towards systems and processes
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and enjoy tackling complex, real-world problems
You are able to learn new platforms and domains quickly and apply that knowledge effectively
