Document Management (DMS) Deployment Project Manager

Role Overview

• Project leadership
• Define and maintain the schedule, budget and project governance.
• Lead project steering committees and business workshops.
• Coordinate client internal stakeholders, IT, business units, integrators and solution experts.
• Functional scoping and design
• Gather requirements: technical document management, validation cycles, regulatory requirements, traceability in a nuclear environment.
• Design document models, metadata and workflows.
• Draft functional specifications.
• Technical management & testing
• Manage configuration and integration activities carried out by the solution integrator.
• Supervise functional tests, user acceptance testing (UAT) and document qualification.
• Participate in defining the document migration plan.
• Change management
• Develop communication materials, user guides and training kits.
• Deliver user training and support sessions.
• Implement adoption and upskilling support.
• Deployment support
• Manage phased deployment by entity or business unit.
• Post-deployment follow-up and consolidation of user feedback.
• Implement the continuous improvement and optimization plan.

Requirements

• Senior experience (6 to 10 years) in DMS/ECM deployment projects in an industrial context or industrial engineering firm.
• Knowledge of DMS solutions (Nuxeo, M-Files, DocuWare, Alfresco, Laserfiche or equivalents).
• Ability to facilitate business workshops and manage integrators.
• Excellent writing skills and strong comparative analysis capability.
