Design, configure and maintain VMware Workspace ONE UEM environments (apps, profiles, compliance policies, scripts, templates, etc.).
Build and evolve the mobility service catalog: application packaging, workflows, configurations, documentation.
Participate in Build phases: industrialization, integration, automation and standardization of configurations.
Act as a Level 3 (N3) expert for complex incidents and technical escalations.
Collaborate with project teams responsible for deployments on industrial sites (including the nuclear sector).
Analyze, diagnose and resolve issues related to the managed mobile estate (iOS / Android / enterprise devices).
Ensure the quality of technical deliverables, documentation and best practices.
Maintain technological watch on MDM / EMM solutions and the Workspace ONE ecosystem.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and associated processes.

Minimum 5 years' experience in Level 3 Support, Build or mobility engineering.
Proven expertise with VMware Workspace ONE (UEM knowledge mandatory).
Workspace ONE certification strongly preferred (ACT, ACS, VCP‑DTM or equivalent).
Knowledge of enterprise mobile environments (iOS / Android).
Mastery of security standards, compliance models and EMM best practices.
Experience building or evolving a service catalog.
Ability to work in coordination with project, operations and security teams.
Rigor, autonomy, a methodical approach and a service-oriented mindset.
Strong writing skills for technical and functional documentation.
