Managing enquiries, generating quotes and processing orders
Monitoring the vehicle manufacturing process and ensuring deliveries meet requested timeframes and specifications
Analysing and reporting on customer data using Excel
Supporting the process from vehicle registration through to delivery
Maintaining and updating the customer database with accurate order progress and details
Managing and organising customer files and documentation
Processing retailer handling invoices, raising invoices and tracking payments
Liaising with retailers, leasing companies, end customers and internal departments
Preparing reports for internal teams and customers
Working closely with planning, order and delivery teams to facilitate vehicle deliveries
Collaborating with customer support teams to resolve issues efficiently
Managing customer and stakeholder expectations
Ensuring all processes follow relevant legislation and compliance regulations
Requirements
Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience in a retailer or sales environment (automotive experience beneficial but not essential)
Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
A confident communicator who can build relationships with customers, retailers and leasing companies
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and a proactive approach
Process-driven with a genuine focus on delivering great customer service
Direct fleet automotive experience preferred, but not essential
