Experience in a coordinating, operational, or process-oriented role
Understanding of B2B SaaS workflows (e.g. renewals, product adoption, account processes) & Salesforce experience is a strong plus
Precise, structured, and able to prioritize while juggling multiple open tasks
Clear communication skills with both customers and colleagues in French & English
