Role Overview
Execute sophisticated, multi-channel outreach strategies focused on re-engaging warm leads
Conduct in-depth qualification, ensuring re-engaged prospects align with ideal customer profile
Identify and lead projects to improve the warm lead nurturing process
Serve as a strategic partner to Account Executives for deal follow-up and insights
Analyze campaign performance and outreach data to identify trends
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or inside sales role
Experience in the B2B or SaaS industry is required
Exceptional and persuasive communication skills in English (C1, C2, or Native level required)
Expert-level proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach)
A highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient mindset
Superior organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
