Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal PPC teams
Manage client communication across calls, email, and messaging channels
Understand client requests, product launches, and business goals, and translate them into clear internal actions
Work closely with PPC managers to understand campaign performance, challenges, and strategy
Translate advertising data and performance insights into clear explanations and recommendations for clients
Filter and manage communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations remain realistic and aligned
Prepare and lead regular client calls to discuss performance, strategy, and next steps
Collaborate with multiple departments (PPC, content, management) to ensure projects and deliverables stay on track
Proactively follow up with internal teams to resolve delays or missing information
Ask the right questions when performance issues arise and dig deeper into data instead of accepting surface-level explanations
Maintain documentation and account information across internal tools
Requirements
Strong Client Communication: You’re confident speaking with clients, explaining complex topics clearly, and keeping conversations focused and productive.
Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports, and can identify trends or ask deeper questions when results change.
Marketing / Advertising Background: Experience with digital marketing, paid media, or advertising platforms (Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) is highly valuable.
Cross-Team Collaboration: You can work across multiple teams, coordinate information, and ensure everyone stays aligned on client goals.
Proactive & Assertive: You take ownership of problems, follow up with the right people, and push for clarity when something doesn’t make sense.
Clear English Communication: Fluent spoken English is essential. You should be able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in calls and written communication.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You keep track of conversations, follow-ups, and data points without losing sight of the bigger picture.
