Role Overview
- Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows
- Work with tools such as OpenClaw, Claude Code, and Perplexity Computer
- Design automations for marketing, SEO, operations, and analytics tasks
- Connect AI systems with APIs, databases, and internal tools
- Rapidly prototype and test new AI-powered workflows
- Continuously improve and iterate on automation systems
- Teach the team how to use agentic software, build AI-powered tools, and drive adoption of AI solutions across departments.
Requirements
- 1–5 years experience in software development, automation, or data work
- Know basic Python or JavaScript
- Are comfortable working with APIs and integrations
- Already experiment with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar systems
- Enjoy building scrappy solutions quickly
- Are highly curious about new AI tools and workflows
- Ability to teach, communicate, and get people to actually use these tools
- Communication needs to be rock solid — strong English proficiency, clarity of thought, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Nice to Have: experience with automation platforms (Zapier / Make / n8n), scraping or data pipelines, growth automation or SEO automation, prompt engineering or LLM workflows.
