Reporting to the Executive Director, Nursing, Allied and Associated Programs.
Demonstrates competencies in human resources, program and service design, delivery and oversight, healthcare recruitment and registration, partner relations, communications, research, teamwork and complex problem solving.
Provide direct supervision, performance management and mentorship to assigned staff.
Manage financial supports and navigation services for HCAs at different stages of their registration pathway.
Management of the recruitment and marketing campaign Choose2Care.
Collaborate with provincial and inter-provincial recruitment partners.
Requirements
University degree in economics, business administration, life sciences or other related field.
Seven (7) to ten (10) years of recent, related experience in the health care sector providing expertise in recruitment strategies, complex analysis and problem solving and immigration expertise or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Customer service skills.
Ability to provide strategic consultative advice, solve problems and facilitate resolutions within unclear guidelines and established frameworks.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work.
Ability to make formal presentations and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
