About this role
Role Overview
Provide responsive, high-quality support to new and existing clients, ensuring a positive experience with our products and services
Deliver technical assistance to users
Train customers on how to use our platform and its features to help them get the most value from our solutions
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Manage customer interactions and track support cases using email, phone, and various online tools
Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian, Danish, and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an additional Nordic language is an advantage
Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support platforms is a plus
Service-minded, efficient, and proactive in your approach to customer interactions
Detail-oriented and structured, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Genuine interest in customer support and problem-solving
Previous experience in a customer service or support role
Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative
