About this role
Role Overview
Assist in organizing and uploading customer data into the system as part of the onboarding process.
Work with the Customer Success team to help set up customer accounts, checklists, templates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Help the support team with administrative activities like logging issues, updating FAQs, and maintaining documentation.
Adopt B2B communication softwares and ensure everything is updated.
Use Excel formulas and Google Sheets to clean, prepare, and manage customer data.
Work closely with the CS and Product teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate support.
Build familiarity with SaaS tools, customer processes, and industry knowledge.
Requirements
Good spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Proficiency with Excel formulas and Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn new software tools and systems.
Organised, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks.
