Accountable for effectively validating client requirements, and translating these into best practice EcoOnline system configurations that meet national and international client needs.
Driving high-quality system configuration, ensuring adherence to program scope, implementation standards, and agreed success criteria.
Accountable for leading effective client workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, protecting scope, and fostering collaborative decision-making to drive successful project outcomes.
Acting as the primary technical point of contact throughout implementation, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition to business as usual (BAU).

Proficient in both spoken and written Norwegian and English.
Software implementation & system configuration expertise, with a strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle (including agile delivery).
Requirements elicitation and stakeholder facilitation, including running effective client workshops and translating needs into clear functional and technical documentation.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to capture, negotiate, and clearly communicate requirements and solutions.
Training, enablement, and change support capability, including delivering effective user training and providing expert guidance throughout delivery.
Proactive, results-driven approach, able to prioritise, multitask, and perform effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments—independently and as part of a team.
