Role Overview
- Analyze client requirements
- Configure the Workday system
- Monitor project progress and schedule
- Troubleshoot and resolve anomalies
- Advise and support companies in simplifying their business rules
- Convert data from legacy systems to Workday format
- Train clients on how to use Workday (training materials, in-person training)
- Assist the client in writing and executing test scenarios
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Significant experience in GTA (time and attendance management)
- Strong knowledge of Time and Attendance and Scheduling solutions, particularly system configuration
- Proficiency in French and English is required
