Develop, execute, and continuously optimize data-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, sales meetings, and recruitment applications.
Assess and improve all marketing assets, systems, funnels, and campaigns, identifying gaps and implementing actionable enhancements in branding, messaging, and conversion performance.
Manage and optimize GoHighLevel CRM, including automations, pipelines, nurture campaigns, and reporting systems that support scalability and visibility.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn with clear accountability for performance and ROI.
Plan and execute webinars and virtual events that drive lead generation, authority building, and partnership opportunities.
Design and execute recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to attract and convert high-quality virtual assistants.
Oversee and strengthen the company’s digital presence, including Google My Business and all relevant online platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
Collaborate with leadership to design and roll out marketing initiatives supporting client acquisition, franchise partnerships, affiliate programs, and other growth initiatives.
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Digital Marketing Specialist and other marketing contractors, ensuring alignment with strategy, standards, and performance expectations.
Support hands-on campaign execution as needed, particularly during pilot initiatives, transitions, or high-impact launches.
Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs through dashboards and performance reports, driving accountability, insights, and continuous optimization.
Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with CEO participation in U.S. conferences and industry events to maximize visibility, lead generation, and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing management, growth strategy, and lead generation.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results through strategic planning, execution, and optimization.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, social platforms, CRM funnels, email, and automation.
Strong working knowledge of analytics, marketing automation systems, and recruitment marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM and funnel platforms.
Proven capability in planning and executing webinars or digital events for lead generation and authority building.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly data-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Owns and maintains the tools, software, and systems required to perform the work as an independent contractor.
