Working closely with customers to understand, challenge, and optimize end-to-end Retail, Store Operations, Omnichannel Commerce, and (where relevant) Supply Chain processes
Supporting customers in adopting new Commerce features, omnichannel capabilities, POS enhancements, loyalty, and retail-oriented best practices
Acting as the bridge between Commerce and Supply Chain, ensuring smooth integration, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience
Leading workshops covering analysis, design, configuration, testing, and end-user training within retail and omnichannel projects
Identifying optimization opportunities across complex retail environments and contributing to scalable improvements
Requirements
Experience with D365 Commerce / Retail (or AX Retail) with several full‑cycle implementations from envisioning to go‑live and hypercare
Dynamics 365 Commerce expertise: Deep knowledge of retail processes, omnichannel scenarios, commerce scale unit, store commerce app, and call center flows
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable D365 Commerce and D365 F&O solution designs
Solid understanding of D365 F&O SCM to ensure seamless Commerce-SCM integration and E2E process coverage
Skilled at leading workshops, managing scope, and driving consensus among business, IT, and partners; communicates clearly with exec and operational audiences
Proficiency with Azure DevOps work item flows
Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
