About this role

Build AI Agents using LangChain
Integrate AI Agents with the bank’s AI frontend and various backend systems and APIs
Mentor the team and help them deliver high quality outputs
Ability to follow clients standards and practices to ensure the agents are compliant and able to work
Contribute to the documentation of software design, architecture, and development processes

Strong Python development skills with microservices experience
Proven hands-on experience with LangGraph
Experience with MCP and A2A, or at least working knowledge
Experience with AI observability platforms such as Langfuse, or at least working knowledge
Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit tests
Experience with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
