Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Role Overview

• Engineer our Linux compute platform based on Kubernetes and AWS
• Engineer our Python and Terraform-based tools and automation
• Build infrastructure applications, write, and review code as needed
• Solve problems with a combination of coding and implementation of open source tools
• Troubleshoot and debug complex systems
• Leverage our design, coding, automation, and implementation skills to engineer solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant infrastructure experience preferred
• Owned and operated critical infrastructure systems like Linux, Kubernetes, DNS, Kerberos, and/or AWS IAM
• Polyglot programming capability, with advanced-level Python ability
• Experience with running critical workloads on AWS
• Ability to balance delivery with correctness
• Inquisitive mind, the ability to learn and problem-solve, and are a self-starter
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline is required
• Valid work permit to work in the country
