Discovery & Meeting Booking: Run light discovery to understand needs and qualify leads.
CRM Management: Keep the sales CRM fully updated at all stages.
Support on Proposals & Next Steps: Collaborate with the Sales / Account Management team to share client context.
Data & KPIs: Track and report on activity and performance metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client relations (ideally in recruiting, marketing, or B2B services).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups at once.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and Google Workspace.
Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable with outbound activity and structured follow-up.
