Build project plans (requirements, milestones, timelines, budgets) and keep them updated.
Coordinate day-to-day execution with design, development, and QA; assign and track tasks in the PM tool.
Maintain scope, manage change requests, and flag risks/roadblocks early with mitigation plans.
Run project ceremonies: kickoffs, standups, reviews, and post-mortems; prepare agendas/recaps and weekly status.
Ensure quality and handoff readiness (file hygiene, checklists, staging reviews, final QA) before client delivery.
Keep stakeholders aligned: capture decisions, document SOW assumptions, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Support light financial tracking (pacing vs. estimate, hours/budget visibility) and on-time invoicing inputs.

3–5+ years in Project Management for websites or digital production (agency environment preferred)
Hands on experience of WordPress (e.g., themes/builders like Elementor), CMS workflows, and web QA; bonus: Webflow/Shopify
Hands-on experience turning briefs into timelines/backlogs and shipping on time/within scope
Proficiency with PM tools (ClickUp/Asana/Monday/Jira) and documentation (Docs/Sheets)
Strong stakeholder coordination, written status reporting, and attention to detail in a fast-paced remote team.
