2+ years of expert level MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word
2+ years of demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams to desired outcomes
2+ years of experience delivering engagement programs or project management
Proven experience developing and executing content for diverse audiences
Ability to work seamlessly within small, dedicated team
Familiarity with communication governance, brand standards, templates, and approval processes
Aptitude for translating complex topics into clear, actionable content and messages
Early adopter of MS Copilot with clear understanding of how to write moderate to advanced prompts
