Role Overview
- Manage our payments portfolio including contract negotiations, provider onboarding, and maintaining strategic relationships with external payment partners
- Support existing and new partners by understanding their needs and helping them grow, particularly around expansion and alternative payment method adoption
- Coordinate with internal teams to seamlessly roll out new payment methods and integrate innovative payment solutions
- Analyze payment transaction data to identify trends, assess performance, and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement
- Contribute to payments strategy and planning while ensuring portfolio resilience through impact analysis of new initiatives and market expansion
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of trends in cards processing, acquiring, and alternative payments
Requirements
- Deep understanding of online payments and the payments industry, with strong knowledge of cards processing and acquiring
- Experience working on multiple projects across cross-functional teams, particularly in market expansion or new business development
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex business and technical concepts clearly across verbal, written, and presentation formats
- Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
