Team leadership: You will assume both professional and disciplinary responsibility for the accounting team and ensure efficient collaboration and the ongoing development of team members.
Financial accounting: You are responsible for proper bookkeeping in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) as well as the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns across multiple countries.
Reporting: You will handle the monthly US GAAP reporting to our parent company and ensure compliance with SOX controls.
Cash management: You will steer liquidity planning and manage payment transactions.
Payroll: You are responsible for organizing and processing monthly payroll and payments in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You have a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship and additional qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance sheet accountant).
You bring solid professional experience in international accounting standards, tax law and financial accounting.
You have prior experience as a team lead in an accounting environment, or you are ready to take the next step and gain leadership experience.
Deep understanding of ERP systems (Infor advantageous), ideally with key-user experience in ERP implementation projects.
You work independently, have the drive to take initiative and are solution
and goal-oriented.
You have business-fluent German and solid English skills.
