Oversee successful deployment, troubleshoot technical issues, and create technical documentation.

5+ years of Salesforce configuration experience, with a deep understanding of its architecture, capabilities, and multi-cloud integration patterns.
Strong client-facing communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset, with experience leading remote, cross-functional teams.
Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Have Experience in human services, nonprofit, or public sector organizations.
Experience with digital transformation or multi-phase technology roadmaps.
Strong interest in technology strategy and solution design.
Experience in NPSP and NPC.
