Defining key success metrics, monitor the progress and synthesizing insights that inform executive decision-making.
Creating frameworks and guidelines, that enable consistent execution at scale across divers product lines and geographies.
Creating reports (quarterly business reviews, portfolio governance and executive dashboards), to ensure clarity, accountability and speed.
Orchestrate enterprise-scale programs and transformations, from acquisitions and integrations to global rollouts, ensuring dependencies are managed and milestones achieved.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in program or product operations management with a proven record of leading complex, large projects across multiple teams.
Deep expertise in building and scaling frameworks for quarterly planning, portfolio tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
Demonstrated success driving organizational change, including acquisitions, integrations and global rollouts.
Strong ability to identify, track and mitigate risks and dependencies in fast-moving environments.
Proven success in cross functional team work and aligning Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing-Teams.
Strong skills in structured communication, to create clarity for the leadership team and navigate cross-functional alignments.
Experience ensuring operational readiness for major product launches, with playbooks and repeatable models.
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding teams toward delivery.
Excellent English skills.
