• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing or a closely related healthcare field
• Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
