Oversee multiple CGI projects for our SaaS platform, ensuring smooth workflows from client onboarding to final delivery.
Track the progress of numerous tasks within each project using our standardized production workflows.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Align internal and external resources, facilitating seamless collaboration to achieve project goals.
Actively contribute to team meetings to keep everyone aligned on project updates.
Create and distribute timelines, statements of work, and detailed project delivery plans.

A background as a Project Manager, Asset Producer or Traffic Manager in marketing, advertising, CG/gaming, or a creative production industry.
Experience in building and maintaining excellent client relationships is your priority, and you excel at clear and warm communication.
You bring energy and drive to your work, thriving in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple tasks is the norm.
Excellent communication skills in English and are proficient in handling large amounts of information, particularly in Excel.
You understand design and the creative process, ensuring that the quality of photorealistic content is upheld.
Familiarity with Jira and other project management tools is a plus.
