About this role

Responsible for the entire sales cycle for qualified leads (inbound, partners, events) through to contract closing
Advise customers on complex Shopify projects (migrations, B2B setups, ERP/PIM integrations)
Conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, pricing & contract negotiations
Close collaboration with project managers, developers and external partners in pre-sales
Lead pitches, workshops and decision-making processes at C-level
Improve sales processes, proposal logic and go-to-market approaches

5–8+ years of experience in commerce / e-commerce sales, with a proven Shopify sales track record
Deep Shopify expertise (not just usage, but a true platform-level understanding)
Experience closing complex projects (e.g., migrations, custom builds, integrations)
Confident communication, presentation and facilitation skills
German (C1), English (B2–C1)
Willingness to travel approximately once per month within the DACH region
