Own and drive GoDutch’s financial strategy by shaping capital structure, aligning finance with long-term company strategy, and supporting the CEO on key strategic and growth decisions.
Lead regulatory finance at scale by owning regulatory capital and safeguarding requirements, ensuring compliance with prudential rules, managing financial regulatory reporting, and acting as a senior counterpart to regulators.
Ensure financial integrity and audit excellence by owning audited financial statements, managing the audit process end-to-end, maintaining robust internal controls, and overseeing tax strategy and compliance.
Strengthen risk management and governance by working closely with risk and compliance leadership, identifying and mitigating financial risks, participating in governance committees, and supporting board-level decision-making.
Act as a trusted executive leader by providing clear financial insight to the board, investors, and regulators, enabling confident decisions as GoDutch scales in complexity, geography, and ambition.
Requirements
